What does it mean to be conversational in Spanish for you?
Maybe you like to travel to Mexico, Costa Rica or some other beautiful place within Latin America. Although you have used some app and learned a few words, you would really rather be able to have a starter conversation with the locals and native Spanish speakers.
Maybe who have some relatives who speak Spanish and it’s time that you learned so you don’t feel left out at family dinners. Or you might be on the path of a career change and would love to take advantage of some opportunities that would open up if you started to learn to speak Spanish.
I’ll share with you what being conversational in Spanish means to me in just a moment, but first, let me ask you a few questions…

Day 1. You need to set up a foundation in the basics. Laura is going to take you through the proper greetings, farewell and other polite phrases.
Basic grammar will help you to UNDERSTAND the language and not just memorizing it. Learn the vocabulary to express your feelings, count the numbers AND introduce yourself.
Day 2. Is all about the basic grammar. It is the structure of all language and with Laura is actually fun to practice. The nouns and articles, along with their gender is a critical component of speaking Spanish.
Learn how to speak confidently in a café, restaurant, or bar. Use nouns and adjectives so you will sound like an adult (and not a toddler) when you speak Spanish.
Day 3. We get to use personal greetings AND responses that continue the conversation. Learn how to ask questions, respond in context and ask follow up questions in real life conversations.
You will get a chance to share personal information including what you like, how you feel and close the conversation with appropriate farewells.
Day 4. When you spend a lot of time in restaurants when you’re traveling, becoming conversational with the server will ensure you NEVER have to suffer through eating an entrée you didn’t want because you didn’t know how to speak Spanish.
After focusing on restaurants, we will all be able to ask common questions and their responses in perfect, conversational Spanish.
Day 5. Shopping will now be fun again after you learn to become conversational in Spanish. Learn how to ask better questions about the size or color of that shirt you really want.
Imagine talking to the clerk about the artist who made that souvenir you just bought. Or even enjoy haggling a little AND be fully understood to get the best shopping experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much time will it take each day?
Each call takes approximately 60 minutes to review. There will also be suggested daily homework that should take no longer than 1 hour to complete (some only take 5-10 minutes). So throughout the challenge, expect a 1-2 hour time investment per day.
How well will I be able to speak Spanish by the end?
After attending all 5-days of the challenge, participating in the class, and completing each of the daily assigned exercises, you will be able to have basic conversations with native Spanish speakers.
How do I access the content?
Everything takes place in the digital course through the Membership Portal. You will receive an email after you register with all your access details. Each module comes complete with a place for your comments and questions about the lessons. Also, our community group is a great place to network with fellow challengers and help each other along the way!
How long do I have access?
You’ll have unlimited access to the Spanish 5-Day Challenge for 1 week after you complete the challenge. Once the Challenge is over, we will remove all recordings and content from the group. If you would like to have on-demand access to the recordings, you can purchase access separately.
